Attendance & Leave Policy
- Mandatory 75% Attendance: As per CBSE regulatory standards, every student must secure a minimum of 75% attendance throughout the academic session to be eligible for Annual and Board Examinations.
- Prior Leave Application: In case of planned absence, parents must submit a formal written leave letter or email to the class teacher beforehand.
- Medical Leave: For illness exceeding three consecutive days, a medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner must accompany the joining application.
- Consecutive Absence: Continuous absence for 7 working days without prior sanctioned leave will result in the student's name being struck off the rolls. Re-admission is subject to principal approval and re-admission dues.
- Punctuality: Students must report on campus at least 10 minutes before the morning assembly. Latecomers after the gates close will not be permitted without parental escort.
Transfer Certificate (T.C.) Rules
- Written Application: Parents seeking a Transfer Certificate must submit a written application to the Principal at least 15 days in advance.
- Clearance of Dues: A No-Dues Certificate must be obtained from the accounts department, library (all borrowed books returned), science labs, and sports department before issuance.
- Annual Dues Policy: If TC is requested mid-term, tuition fees up to the end of that running calendar quarter are payable.
- Processing Time: Transfer Certificates are prepared and issued within 7 working days following complete clearance.
- Online TC Verification: In accordance with CBSE regulations, issued TCs are archived in our database for counter-verification by new receiving institutions.
